January 17th, 2005 will see a brand new rifle package offering from SP. This offering is with the infamous GA Precision. This offering is designed to give you, the SP Members and visitors, a different “flavor” as well as a nice collector style rifle.
This rifle package is going to be a real shooter, but we are aiming it more toward the collector. We are offering a USMC issue scope from USO, and hopefully a knife from SP, ALL with the same Logo and serial number. They will be numbered GASP xx of 50. Any order above 50 will just be numbered 51, 52, ..66, etc
These will be real world rifles built to shoot the X out of the target! But hopefully they will also be a proud addition your collection, or the first for someone just starting.

M40A1 GASP ( M40A1 Clone not Spec)
This rifle is built to be a compliment to the USMC M40A1. The difference here is that some part brands are substituted because when the M40 was first designed these new, better and stronger, parts where not available. However, this rifle will look just like it should and drive tacks all day long.
• Remington 700 SA all critical surfaces trued
• 24" Schneider Barrel USMC Contour / Spec Barrel is a 1-12

• McMillan M40A1 stock USMC Forest Camo Pachmeier Brown 1/2 pad at 13 3/4 LOP

M40A3 GASP (M40A3 Clone)
This is built to spec with the exact same parts that were on the prototype M40A3 rifles tested and abused by the USMC. These are as close as you can get without having to raise your right hand and become a Marine!

For the true hardcore collectors that want a full blown USMC Spec rifle with the exact Spec markings and all built by a real world 2112 amour, Eric Reid. Then you can add $500 to the price
• These will not have the GASP Markings since they will have the USMC Spec markings
• The A1 will not have the mount.

Scopes
USO USMC Scope Option I - MST100
The MST100 was a contract run for the military, and some overruns will be for sale with this GASP package. After this there may not ever be any more There are only (9) nine for sale. That's IT! 9 USMC Scopes available to top off your GASP M40A1 or M40A2.
The price to the buyer will be $2250.00 and that is pretty good because USO almost never discounts anything. The parts to build these things are time consuming to get because everything is stainless steel. So, even starting today getting any more scopes would take months. So it is going to be first come, first serve on these 9 USMC scopes.

USO USMC Scope Option III - ST10
USO ST10 with the new EREK knob. This knob has 100 clicks and is about the size of a S&B knob. This is very cool and we will be one of the first to have a crack at buying one.
