Here are some pics of the ghillie I made when I got to STA 3/6 in 1998. I used shoe goe to attach everything. Hit it with some bowflage afterwards. I layed a bead of shoe goo, layed down the GI cot I requisitioned

then I layed a bead of shoe goo over top of it. Never lost a seam. I did pop a few spots on the netting going under some branches but was quick and easy to repair. I added a pocket on the inside of the blouse, a pocket to my forearm and some bullet loops, isomat was added to the elbows and knees. You can see that I attached the burlap every other square like bricks are layed. The burlap is not long. Maybe 8 inches or less. With the spacing, I have plenty of room to stuff veg in.
