It is Yugoslavian made Crna Strela..
They have also made it to the 12.7X108mm caliber..
One of my friends have one in that caliber but it has not shown the best accuracy due to the fact that there is no competition grade ammo for it... only military hmg rounds...

theres a web site,www.gunsamerice.com,has 50. cal for 3,500..some of the guns u dont even have to go through ffl dealers,kind of messed up in my opinion...o well there on there..the barretts are going for 7,000 and cheaper..

The ones that don't have to go through an FFL are usually just "upper receivers" that you put on an AR lower.
The don't contain a firing mechanism and aren't serial numbered. Thusly, they are not firearms.
