i'm thinking about a new rifle in 300 WM. my three bolt guns are in .308win. been going around looking at different components for 300WM. i just saw how much lapua brass is for the 300WM. OUCH! i use lapua in my .308's but it's cheap.
my question is: can you still get excellent results with remington or win brass? is the lapua brass in 300WM worth paying that much. i know it is in .308 but it's not that much more than regular brass. it's quite a jump in the 300WM
thanks gents

Yes,Lapua brass is worth the money.RWS would be better if you can get it,Flea has a source on that brass. If not, buy the Winchester, better quality over Remington right now.

Hey Kev,
Just buy one case, and bring your reloading gear to the range. At least your barrel will have plenty of time to cool...

man by time i get done paying for the new rifle i'll only be able to afford one piece of lapua brass. lol.
guys at HD rifles stand by for a long list of questions. i'm working a deal on a used 700 LA. then onto the hard work...the business of misappropriating funds from congress(aka-the wife)
